In this grounding 30-minute session of Slow Flow Pilates, you'll be guided through breathwork and movement that focus on the "Three C's of Pilates": Centering, Concentration and Control. By integrating these principles, Pilates helps you build strength, improve flexibility, develop better body awareness, and move with grace & efficiency both on & off the mat. A strong core is essential for improving stability, balance & posture. Concentration is the practice of bringing our full mental attention to each movement, and control allows us to move deliberately, reducing the risk of injury & building strength without strain.
This session is intended for all levels, whether it's your first entry to Pilates or if you lock into your "powerhouse" regularly. You will finish the session feeling grounded & centered, delighting in the discovery of how capable you are!

We’re bringing music, mindfulness, and community together for one special night🌙✨ On Tuesday, September 30th, the MMF-US NY Chapter and Chill Palm are hosting an evening at Technica House NYC: a space inspired by Japanese aesthetics and Audio-Technica’s analog philosophy, designed to spark creativity and connection.
Guests will explore three experiences:

🧘 Burnout-Proof Your Career with Marni Wandner - tools to protect your energy and focus.
🎶 The Immersive World of Chill Palm - soundscapes and visuals curated to restore balance.
We’ll close the night with a group sound bath led by Dyan Tsiumis, followed by a relaxed mixer with both alcohol-free and traditional drinks. It’s a chance to connect, reset, and leave feeling lighter.
